Beacon Hill’s client, a national class action and complex litigation law firm, is seeking a temp or temp to hire Litigation Associate Attorney in their Berkeley, CA office.

- Investigate and vet potential new cases
- Review, summarize, and analyze evidence and documents
- Conduct legal research on facts and regulations for new cases
- Handle all phases of civil discovery (drafting, meet-and-confers, depositions)
- Draft briefs, memoranda, and other legal filings
- Prepare for hearings, trials, and depositions
- Work with and prepare expert witnesses
